Following on from our previous announcement here, we are happy to say that the email server is now back up and customers should be able to send & receive emails again.

In an effort to restore service as quickly as possible, the service provider has taken the decision to get a new server up and running without any old emails in the accounts. This was because a parallel effort to restore from backup was likely to take days to complete.

However, old emails will be copied across to the email account in the background, and we will let you know when that process is complete so that you can have confidence that all emails are in your account.

Again we offer our apologies for the break in service.
