Unfortunately the hosting server has been infected with a particularly nasty rootkit. Having explored options for mitigating the issue, we believe the safest course of action is to commission a new server and migrate customer accounts over to it.

We have started this process, and will migrate accounts as sson as possible. There may be some disruption when the DNS changes are made to point domains to the new server, but we hope this will be kept to a minimum.

Again, we offer our sincere aologies for the disruption. We are doing everything we can to restore service.
