New payment method
We are pleased to announce that we are now offering a Direct Debit facility to customers. All invoices, whether one-off or regular, can be paid using this method.
The first time you choose to pay an invoice this way you will be asked to set up a Direct Debit mandate online. This quick and painless process will immediately verify your bank account details and withdraw the appropriate amount to pay the invoice. Future invoices will be paid automatically approximately 3 days before they are due.
If you have existing services you would like to switch to this payment method then please raise a support ticket and we will help you through the process.
Please note, this is not limited to UK customers. The Direct Debit service covers Australia, Canada, Denmark, Eurozone, New Zealand and Sweden. US customers should be covered in the very near future.
