We have migrated all accounts to a new server - which should resolve any issues customers have had with sending or receiving emails. If you continue to experience email failures then this may be down to your email client settings. Please log a support ticket so we can check your configuration.
Unfortunately the hosting server has been infected with a particularly nasty rootkit. The server issue has been identified as a rare, and difficult to remove rootkit. It's affecting the hosting platform, but not individual hosting accounts.
We are working closely with our hosting partner to identify the best course of action to resolve the issue.
