Update: outbound email issue
The server issue has been identified as a rare, and difficult to remove rootkit. It's affecting the hosting platform, but not individual hosting accounts.
We are working closely with our hosting partner to identify the best course of action to resolve the issue.
Be aware that there may be some disruption to services.

Outbound email failures
Some outbound emails are failing/bouncing due to a server blacklisting error. We are aware of the issue and are investigating as a matter of urgency. Please bear with us whilst we resolve the problem.
